If there are any issues with the product, just reach out and we will take care of the return or exchange if possible.

Once the product is purchased we then ship fully insured via UPS, Fedex or others insured companies Overnight shipping.

Return policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like exclusive goods (such as limited sneakers, clothing, bags, accessories), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
